HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We endeavour to despatch your order on the working days of receipt of your order. Once we have shipped your order we have to rely on the couriers to delivery to their delivery service levels. Cards are shipped by 2nd class Royal Mail, but you can upgrade to first class if required. Unframed prints are despatched via first class Royal Mail, and framed prints are despatched by courier on a 2 – 3 day service. Currently we are only shipping to UK addresses.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

For UK destinations we despatch unframed print orders by Royal Mail 1st Class in a hardback envelope. Framed prints are despatched using a courier parcel delivery, carefully packaged to keep your purchase safe while it is on it’s way to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHOICES ARE OUT OF STOCK?

If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible. Whilst we keep stocks and do everything we can to make sure that all items seen online are available, sometimes items may go out of stock temporarily, because of high demand.

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO VAT?

All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate.   

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order at any time before it’s despatched. Simply send an email to info@furze.shop with ‘Order cancellation’ and your order number in the subject line and we’ll cancel it straight away.
